This week on the panel, we’ll hear from a variety of women, in different seasons of life share how they study the Bible. Prior to watching the video, complete Week 1 in the study (p.7-18). This will be the longest week of homework we have since bible study is the foundation for most of the other disciplines!
After you’ve watched the video, leave a comment below with one new insight you had from this week’s homework or the panel.

I thought all the suggestions were helpful but memorizing verses was what stood out as it allows you to also meditate on it.
Yes Vera!!! A while ago a friend encouraged me to memorize a new verse on the 1st & 15th of every month and that’s helped. Do you have any helpful tips for memorizing?
Sorry, I’m a bit behind. What really stood out to me what was thinking about my time in the day and what I’m choosing to do with it and where I can choose to spend time on things that matter and are worthy and will grow me closer to God. I loved the idea of practicing memorizing scripture waiting for the kids because I’m just starting to enter into that season.
I love that Michelle! I always have a desire to memorize scripture, and then after a few weeks I find myself distracted and forgetful. Love the thought of redeeming small parts of our day for things like this!
